Delete your Gleapinn account

In the app

Open Settings (the menu at the top right of Home), tap Privacy & data, then Delete account.

Without the app

Email privacy@gleapinn.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll reply to that address to confirm before anything is deleted.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Unlimited subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

What happens to your data

• When you delete your account, it is deactivated straight away. You stay signed in, so you can follow the progress of the deletion in the app.
• Thirty days after your request, your information is permanently deleted from every region where we hold it, and your card links at Plaid are removed.
• Afterward, we keep only a minimal record that the deletion was carried out, so we can show we honored your request.
• Crash reports are deleted automatically by our diagnostics provider within 30 days of being received.
• Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep subscription records under their own retention terms and legal obligations.
• We may keep limited records for longer where the law requires it, or while a legal claim is pending.
• Deleting your Gleapinn account doesn't delete information Plaid holds under its own policy. You can manage that at my.plaid.com.
